There’s been a lot of buzz surrounding a new soft play opening in the heart of Sheerwater, and we couldn’t wait to go along and try out Mazzy Bees Soft Play.
We absolutely love the theme here, vibrant and inviting for the children to explore – the bee theme was a huge hit. From first glance we could see that Mazzy Bees combines safe soft play structures, sensory zones, and confidence-building activities. All a win win for us and also a great cafe serving hot and cold refreshments whilst the children explore.
Little ones will enjoy buzzing around and burning off energy across the two floor soft play frame (you can easily see all around the soft play area) so no need to be crawling around after them – unless you want to of course. Inside the main soft play frame there is a double slide, balancing beams, punch bags to run through, rollers to climb under and cargo net to climb across.
Noah and Bella loved having races to see who could get down the slide the quickest. Making there way through the steps, across the balancing beams, through the hanging bee punch bags, down the peep holes before whizzing down the slides. There is so much for the children to explore and have fun.
For the smaller children there is a separate area where they also have a soft play slide, building blocks, and a sensory area too. The infinity tunnel was a huge hit with Bella – she was mesmerised looking into it and wondering how far it went. There are also plans to add some more sensory sections to this area too. A perfect spot for the children to relax in here.
There is also a party area which looked fantastic with a karaoke machine and sensory wall. I can tell that this space would be ideal to host a party here. Mazzy Bees has only just opened so they are still adding to what they have already developed here but this is such a fantastic soft play for the area.
The onsite cafe serves a great selection of hot and cold refreshments, which is much needed after burning off all that energy. Plus the coffee is delicious and all very reasonable prices too. The spacious layout and seating area means that you can easily sit with a drink whilst watching the children safely explore.
We had the best time here today, a perfect place for children to have fun, parents can have a meet up whilst children explore, playtime, learning and most importantly fun.
